Frank Melton was inaugurated as Mayor of Jackson, Mississippi on July 4, 2005 after the first black mayor in the city. He won the election by a landside, sixty-three percent of the votes, beating Harvey Johnson after serving two terms. In today's economy, jobs are hard to come by in 2009 due to the recession occurring worldwide. People are going though hard times in deciding if their hard work is paying off on their jobs. The question everyone seems to ask is the same: Should you work for the love of your job or should you be paid for your hard work?
